A note on the Injustice of Mistaken identity, Unlawful Imprisonment, unlawful arrest and a ? as to why lawyers don't want to make a bunch of money?!?
This is a note to my "public defender" who has no clue about anything as far as I am concerned he is a pawn in a grander scheme just has been Bred not to listen to clients. Unfortunately it will be getting him in trouble eventually which means somebody bigger with more authority should take him under their wing and get him out of it, he's a good guy just listens to all the wrong people. You can't base a case off of opinion especially based upon AKAs of me not me, identity fraud and theft, not me.

I know that they had this report from the doctor by January 3,2023 postponing my court dates to try to mount a defensive offense when it was mistaken identity from the beginning is a violation of my civil rights and Due Process please let them know that I will be seeking legal recourse for the injustice. That means that Hennepin County, Scott County, Anoka County minimum and the State of Minnesota is going to be Sued along with other contributing States, Countries, District Courts and Countries that have absolutely no business in our supposed Justice System in the USA, the U.S. Is going down in flames around the world for unjustly arresting, trying, and convicting people who are not that identity that actually committed the crime. Lawsuits are going to be a plentiful thing along with the overturning of unrighteous ruling, sentencing, and unlawful visible and invisible sandbagging plus Trade Offs which were never legal in the first place. Many are on the record in court rooms doing trade Offs and sacrificing one person's freedoms and rights for another's.

Forceporn was done while I was there and I have been stalked, robbed and stolen from, poisoned, murdered, sabotaged, and fucked over ever since and before for someone else's Terrorism from Panera Bread Oakdale location when I worked at the Maplewood location and was forced in November 2001 to sign something I wasn't allowed to even read for reasons unknown just months after 9/11/2001 where I was in the back cutting Focaccia when KDWB radio started broadcasting about the plane and the Tower. Somehow other people using my identity as far back as 1982-3 as my prior adopted name Jolene Flohrs and then Jolene Marie Pelton in January 1984 when I was adopted and then my new legal name Jade Raven Pelton 10/27/2007 has led to so much being done to me because of other people and their actions my identity was annihilated by 1993 with things being put on my name and record in the background with a freaking birth certificate in some cases. Many citizens of the USA have been done like this around the world just using us until we die or give in and sign away our freedom and life for others crimes.
I ask you what was the legal nature and reasoning behind Forced DNA when I was unlawfully imprisoned in Shakopee Women's Prison. Because there's no precedent in America for it. Forcing people who are already in a prison to give their DNA is a violation of Civil Rights and I hope you all burn in hell for what's happened to inmates as a result: death or murder, organ donation forced, stolen fertility and forced fertility, forced sterilization, not to mention body farming, missing people including guards, office staff, group leaders, lawyers, judges, law clerks, bailiffs, teachers, clergy, maintenance, neighbors to the prison etc and law enforcements have been hunted down and are missing or murdered or unlawfully imprisoned or charged or reputations ruined etc. You Created an Obsession with people who watched us on camera and look what has become of us, what's left of us. Others were targeted for different jobs, different living situations, "spouses/partners/relationships etc",

Infiltrating our country through Canada and the South Continent starting much further back this cuntry is not American run, do you get that people?
We , meaning WE Justice System of Injustices are being controlled by Subliminal Programming, people in our ears with convincing half truth and lies, no real evidence that actually puts a person in that place at that time as devices are not proof especially with piggy back signals which are telling, synched devices and crappy to no actual eyewitness testimony that is reliable or isn't self serving in some way, or just feeling compelled to say yes because that's the helpful answer you need to "keep the community safe", as well with Authority figures and their relatives or business partners etc. Who have a vested interest in keeping the actual Truth hidden and persecuting those who pursue it. Big Money in stolen fertility huge, Child Trafficking Huge money even in "good intentioned" ways like athletes, IQ's or intelligence, theologians, law enforcements most knew or felt at a very young age that they were going to be a cop or a soldier or ___________, Earmarking them possibly moving them or schools or scholarships opportunities to be who they want you to be, it's insidious, Child Exploitation even on a Passive Pornography level in schools, daycares, Churches, shelters, private dwellings, and other places brings dangerous people into their lives not just digitally either, Dating, and other things like stealing their writing, work, ideas, patents, concepts, creativity and everything else They make enough off of this and sickness, keeping somebody poor or making them homeless to lose proof of their stuff so they can get away with eventually Murder it's easier if they die then admit they stole songs, words, speeches, college papers and degrees, including Trauma related help and Recovery stuff, we in the US have more than 25% of people with repressed memories some from childhood some from trauma it used to be 32-38 months ago over 43% so things are finally coming to the surface. Thieves worldwide have found it easier to steal our lives than to work for their own.
Homeland Security was never American it has used America to protect other places and people Sacrifice USA for the safety of their people never turns out well Traitorous Treasonous Terrorists of other cuntries. I want to go to my Homeland is not American and never was. We maybe have 9-14 actual countries in the entire world that might be an actual Ally to USA which is American, most are allies to themselves and have cowardly served up America and Americans on toast to the rest of the world. Cut off their ability to be here at all, meaning look back Canada was supposed to take Africa as far back as 1901 not America if we did the fighting and or peacekeeping they were to be the new home to them or other countries. None of them except on a more individual basis were approved to be here in America for many reasons which the Continent of Africa could outline back to 1492 before we ever came to the New Land now known as the U.S. not America.
