In Jail, Prison, Institutions, facilities, organizations, businesses, government, military and everywhere Develop Questionnaires

When somebody comes into anywhere or is leaving* you can always have questions for them about many things(example at a therapist or counselors office the PHQ, customer satisfaction survey, anything could apply). This means you can ask just about anything and possibly get helpful information for Free! Everybody has different experiences and has different knowledge about just about anything you can think of. This means as long as it isn't a certain type of requirement you can also say, "this is not something you have to answer, we are asking because ____________", if you mean it* , coding under a alphanumeric and or symbols etc. Can disguise who you get answers from too because it's not always 100% safe to answer certain questions, okay. 

Questions about even knowledge can be helpful, such as Do you know what Human Trafficking is? Do you know different types of trafficking? It's hard to be aware if you don't have any real idea besides maybe the 2 I knew about which was side work, possibly migrant workers, using illegal SS# , and types of sex trafficking. There's over 325 Human Trafficking Umbrellas and they are developing new ones about every 3 or 4 days and some of this information is coming from people who have fought it, survived it, done it, or _______________. Think of a mobil you have the upper part and then everything dangling down from it plus the string holding it, the nail or hook, plus whatever foundation that's attached to* that help make up the entire structure like a wind chime*. These umbrellas sometimes overlap just like a family tree, a under ten year old gave a monkey swinging from one branch on one tree and taking a vine or rope with them to a Married or otherwise connected family tree, so some relate to more than one umbrella, right now about 5 connections is the most not to say there isn't more. 

You can ask questions related to personality, communication styles, culture as it applies to ______________(spacing, language differences like use of words similar not same that can get confusing, if they have any traditions that could be taken into account Via company policy, etc), boundaries, coping skills, talents, abilities, passions , aptitudes, physicality or accommodations, preferences in work style, in environment , where were they most content in _______________, what helps their productivity, how they get rest or relaxation or recreation or recharged, any challenges or obstacles they have had or do have in __________________, what are some successes, any difficulties that they figured out even after the fact, insights, what's inspiring to them, do they have any recovery needs (anything with recovery or Faith or Culture or Race or gender look up USA laws or guidelines to see if there's any parameters regarding the questions, we think that if it's not a requirement that it might just be fine, you could always have a independent contractor or company give these as well* look everything over first, would you answer them as whoever you want to give the opportunity to, to voice their experience/knowledge/opinion etc, you can always get adjustments even in wording but I would have your place come up with it or even most of it. 

You can always ask is there any previous experience with _______________( our jail, our company, our hospital etc) was it a healthy or positive experience? Is there anything that you would have asked, changed, helped with, given information on or education about, not done or done, not said or said, __________________( please feel free to write here if you want to do this now, or take it with you and send it in free, or I can write if you have the time to let me do that and read it afterwards). This is a chance to give a voice to somebody and possibly get help figuring out how, why, where, when, who, or what with something or someone even your computer system or cameras or trafficking going on, reporting on something they saw or heard themselves that could be investigated, locks, keys, filing systems, uniforms, possibly somebody not supposed to be there or _______________, something Healthy, resources, information, Validation or Confirmation about _____________, lab equipment that's outdated, testing facilities that aren't _____________(up to date, honest, located where they say that they are, that do other tests not approved like DNA, etc), medicines (negative or unhealthy or successful experiences including little noted side effects), suspicions, improvements they noticed or that were said to be happening, Anything and everything. Follow up even for First responders can be crucial which you can use Surveys, Questionnaires, and _______________ to alleviate _____________(to check on somebody and just make sure that they are doing okay). 

Everybody could get more curious about just about everything and alleviate tons of misunderstandings, miscommunications, misinterpreted _____________, misattributed ______________, doubts, etc. And make the world a safer, more content, with moments of peace for everybody if we just pitch in together and talk or write it out!
